PRODUCTION & SUSTAINABILITY

Being sustainable, regardless of what we do, is key for us. Every day. Throughout our entire production, we have an absolute zero plastic policy, and we try to limit our waste to the bare minimum, recycling everything we can. 

All cocktails are handmade and tapped in Nordvest. The cocktails consist of only natural ingredients as artificial flavors are banned in our production. We infused the vodka ourselves and handmade the used fruit- and sugar syrups. 

Our glass bottles are recycled in the production of new cocktails whenever possible. We always encourage our customers to do the same, which is why Aeris cocktail bottles are re-used as candle holders as well as water bottles, or to as storage for olive oil, salt, or flowers – anything you can think – once the cocktail has been enjoyed.

 Thus, at every chance we get, we use biking services in our delivery to support the climate.
